OBX Wedding – Ashley’s Bridal Party at Hairoics

We just got some pics from Ashley’s Bridal Party!  Ashley and her party came into Hairoics earlier this year to have their hair done for Ashley’s Wedding (Ashley was coming in for our makeup package, too).

Here is the rundown on Ashley’s experience at Hairoics:

Ashley was getting married on May 18 at Bodie Island Lighthouse and needed her hair and makeup professionally done.  She decided that Hairoics was the place for her and her Bridal Party:

Mother: Joann

Mother in law: Laurie

Sister in law: Sara

Aunt: Rita

Aunt: Patty

Matron of Honor: Nicole

Ashley was looking for a classic wedding hair style, something with her hair half up, and our stylists suggested “knotting”.  We decided on a trial run so Ashley could see how she liked it.

“Knotting” is basically knotting (surprise!) in the back with curls falling down from that.  The style was finished with a lovely comb accenting the knot and curls.  Ashley absolutely loved it!  In fact, everyone loved Ashley’s hair and thought it was perfect for her.  When Nicole received complements on her hair and was told how cute it was for her, the party was truly on its way to the top.

Then Ashley and her Mother in law, Laurie, moved on to makeup.  Ashley’s was beautiful and natural looking and completed the “total package”, according to her friends.  Laurie’s makeup was a big hit as well, impressing Ashley’s Mother and Aunts.  They decided on the spot that they wanted their wedding makeup professionally done , too!

A great time was had by all; the Bridal Party and everyone at Hairoics.  Ashley told us that she is looking forward to another day of pampering when she visits next spring.  We can’t wait to see her!
