Hairoics – A Partner in the Community
Hairoics is well known on the Outer Banks for their fabulous hairstyles and awesome staff. Did you know that they are also one of the most active businesses in helping local charities? Here are some of the worthy causes Hairoics supports.
The Outer Banks Relief Foundation provides help to local citizens who find themselves in financial trouble because of illness, injury, personal tragedy, or family crisis. The Foundation works closely with other local charities to maximize their impact on the community.
Interfaith Community Outreach provides direct service to people facing emergencies. Help with food, shelter, utilities, medical care, and child care are some of the ways they help our local residents.
The Dare County Arts Council is the leader in bringing all manner of arts and cultural activities to the Outer Banks. Music, dance, theater, and fine arts are just some of the ways the Dare County Arts Council help to broaden our children’s’ horizons.
The Outer Banks Hospital needs no introduction. Nearly every person living on the beach has visited the Outer Banks Hospital for personal or family reasons. This fully accredited hospital is of critical importance to the community.
Our local schools often need a hand, and we are always happy to help them. Sports, music, academic programs and more will always have friends at Hairoics.
In addition to local programs, Hairoics also supports national charities such as Relay for Life, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the American Cancer Society, and is always willing to support a worthy cause.
Find out more about how you can help in the community the next time you visit the Outer Banks Hair Salon.
Given everything you do for the community, what an appropriate name for your company. It’s great to hear of organizations giving back.

Hey Dan, thanks so much for the kind words. We believe in making our community better for everyone, so we can all benefit. Thanks again Dan.
So very nice to hear all the ways Hairoics is giving back! Way to go, Jim & Sandy by setting the example 🙂
Hey Janice, thanks for the comment. As a part of the local community, we feel that the least we can do is support it as much as we can.
