Hair Repair – Fixing Someone Else’s Mistake
Dear Jim and staff:
I booked an appt. somewhere else today because you were booked. I was so upset when I left the salon and I was in tears. I decided to come by to see if I could get an appt. to fix the color. Not only were your receptionists understanding, they found a stylist who was willing to give me back my blonde on the spot. I was impressed with her willingness to help and the results I got.
